Hello, sorry that i'm typing this in english but I don't speak german very well at all. Anyway I'll be moving to Germany this month, specifically at Spangdahlem Air Base near the Bitburg area of Rhineland Pfalz. If any of you live near or even far i'd really like to have some matches. I'd be more than happy to be part of this European fighting game scene. Its alot livlier than the area of the US i live in currently, all they play is Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Soul Calibur, with a small crew who plays Tekken and thats it. I play just about every fighting game except Soul Calibur so whoever wants to meet up we can play any game you like.

I also live in Mannheim. So when ever you are looking for some real good Action in CvS2, 3rd Strike, Alpha3 or GGXX(Reload) just let me or another Dojo Member(Stuttgart) know and we can deliver some real intense, instant Action. :wink:

What else do you play beside tekken?

PS. I hope u already know that there ain't no Arcades here in Germany. We are all console players. There might be some inside the Bowling centers in the barracks but that's it.

Anyway Seth, I play every game except Soul Calibur. Outside of Tekken my best games would be KOF, Alpha 3 or Super Turbo, however I play and have Mediocre skill at Guilty Gear XX(i haven't played Reload yet because its not distributed well in the States), Virtua Fighter 4 Evo and Street Fighter 3 Third Strike and Capcom vs SNK 2. I love all fighting games , i don't have a favorite. Even though Tekken is my best game, its not my favorite. I'm only good at it because there was enough competition in my area. Hopefully when I get to Germany you guys will help me even out my skill in the other games :wink:

. It doesn't matter if you are console or arcade players I'll be more than happy to play you guys any kind of way. I'm an arcade freak though

, i don't use a controller, i always use a joystick.

Goeniz, i'm excited to play against you guys as well. This means more experience for me. Not many people get the chance to play and be a part of 2 scenes.

we're 9 snk freaks who play nearly every snk beat'em up for about 10 jears now.
and 3 of us arent bad in vf4evo too.

With 2D we're cool! But 3D, well ...

I can offer you "work your ass off" matches in ST or earlier versions (but who wants to really play cheap ass C.E. or boring New Challengers?), A2 (very rusty though), GGXX Rel. (don't like XX anymore), 3rd Strike, CvS2 (I really suck in that game, can't even win a single tourny

, stupid game) or maybe care for some SF EX 1 - 2+ :), I'm da man!

Oh. make sure you show up in March for our big tourny here in Stuttgart.

Actually chun_li I don't play Dee Jay(i suck with him), Balrog(Boxer) is my main character in ST. I'd like to learn Dee Jay cuz he's pretty good in ST. I can do some serious damage with Balrog though however Guile and Dee Jay give me some problems when i fight them

So chun_li where are you from originally since you said you are a foriegn player too?

Philippines & Singapore. Studied and lived there.

Grew up in the arcades there. Started with World Warrior. Still play Fighting games, but only 2D and not every series.

Was part of the old guard there, meaning I was pretty old school and pretty much saw most fighting games and tactics evolve. Hell, I could call myself old warhorse since from all the guys from the World Warrior or ST days, who nowadays play FPS or RTS games or nothing, I still play my beat 'em ups.

Since I'm in Germany, had to kinda get used to Console play. Sure miss the arcade feel ... :cry:
