anscheinend besitzt melty jetzt sowas aehnliches wie P1 P2 proration verglichen zu blazblue... aber nur gewisse normals gewisser chars

beispiel c-ciel j.C:

* trifft er NACHDEM ciel die spitze ihres sprungwinkels erreicht hat prorated er auf 90%
* trifft er BEVOR ciel die spitze ihres sprungwinkels erreicht hat prorated er auf 50%
* das gilt nur fuer den ERSTEN HIT, mid-combo prorated ein rising j.C ebenfalls auf 90%
* tritt nur ein falls sich der gegner AM BODEN befindet

im endeffekt ist das eine fuzzyguard protection damit overheads nicht zu krass werden (6k+ mit cciel waeren schon nice), dass french bread an sowas ueberhaupt denkt find ich krass, melty y u so casual

ich bin mir ziemlich sicher dass das in MBAA PS2 nicht der fall war, muss aber sicherheitshalber nachtesten

erste haelfte vom video is wieder mal NERO TIME, japan kann ihre nero spieler ned unter kontrolle bringen. nach nem total laecherlichem winstreak kommt endlich ne vakiha die ihn rauswirft. erstmal langes vakiha vs len set danach, gegen ende kommt noch eine delicious satsuki dazu. macht einfach immer den 2[code=c] 2c juggle, da freut sich der president.

Wird das eigentlich auch auf dem PC gespielt oder hauptsächlich auf der PS2?

Pretty much everything that could have went wrong happened. Here's a brief overview:
-They could not get a direct feed of the game going on stream. At first, they settled for a camera positioned far away from a projector screen at an awkward angle, where people would constantly be standing and/or moving around. This lasted for about 10 minutes, until the projector WENT DOWN. They could not fix this problem until about 4 hours later.
-Which means that there were basically no matches on stream for the first four hours. To put in perspective just how many matches were not shown, there were a total of 8 blocks(A-H): only one of them(D) was shown on stream
-They made a really odd decision to stream on Nico, rather than ustream/Twitch. Nico has this thing where if there are too many people watching a stream, it will randomly kick out people with standard accounts. So if you didn't have premium, you were probably getting kicked from the stream every 5 minutes.
-Many players accidentally paused during matches in the early parts of the tournament.
-The screensaver on the stream PC was not disabled at first.
-Brandon and SilentShinobi were going to do an official re-stream of the event, and they even got permission. Yet the official stream stream blocked non-Japanese IPs for the first half hour.
